Tried, they told me to go away :( Ok they didn't. A machine said they're experiencing problems. Too right they are  Or they're about to experience a bigger one if that doesn't disappear sharpish

I have a small square dining room which is one end of an L-shaped kitchen/dining room. My current table is the Ikea leksvig gateleg table, but it's too big really. We have one end down and the other up but I don't like it. We have the matching chairs but need new ones. Anyone any ideas on a 4 seater smallish dining table? Are square ones or round ones more space saving?

Beenie, how ridiculous - I hope you get it sorted today.

Glam, sweetie, please don't take this the wrong way but taking revenge on a baby is behaviour that needs to be addressed now rather than later.

PP I always think the square ones look neater, which seems to be more space saving IYSWIM?

Oh I know! Unfortunately he can be quite spiteful and is like a totally different person if he gets woken up at night, don't know why.
I'll be having words tonight - it's his brothers fault because the agreement was always that if Jack was having a bad night I would go in the spare room to sleep but I obviously can't! I spent almost 2hrs on the rocking chair in J's room!

Glam - you need to sort your OH out. Who cares if he gets woken in the night - he has a baby!!! He needs to get used to it. You do as much as possible to deal with all the night stuff, but he needs to get his finger out and help sometimes and give you a flaming break. That is ridiculous behaviour. I am sorry, I am on another rant again, but really - he doesn't deserve you or Jack. He is a child and needs a kick up the ar*e. He is a father now and really should start acting like one. I am actually really angry reading these posts!!! I am sure he is a nice enough guy but I think he needs a wake up call. I would honestly lock the doors and send him back to his mum unless he can act like a grown up. I am going to go now as I fear I have probably offended you! Sorry. x

Glam, thank your OH for making me feel better about being single.

I think i'd still be with OH if i was as soft as you. His ex wife used to take herself and baby to sleep on the sofa if baby was crying or if he was snoring? I'd flicking love to. So i think he thought her doormat-ness was representative of all women. Clearly got a shock with me cos i expected things to be equal.

Not that i'm saying you're being a doormat or anything ;)

    [strike]ok u are a bit[/strike]
