Never leave a baby alone within stretching and grabbing distance of a pot of sudocreme...

Still... At least she was confined to her cot... Aimee did it when she was about 2 1/2 and smeared it all over my old navy blue sofa...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

And never that it's a blinking DOG!

Erm, not sure how well this would work, but could you say to him a bit like 'You like kissing and I like doing nice things for people. So when I cleaned up your room and made your tea, that's my way of doing a kiss. It's the same. In my heart I'm kissing you by doing these things :)'

or does that sound a bit pants :rotfl:

My brother's the favourite over me AND the dog. (it infuriates me because the dog is my brother's "officially" but he does nothing for it and it's no wonder that he is an untrained little beast because he never gets walks and any attempt anyone makes at disciplining him is instantly undone by someone petting and reinforcing his bad behaviour.)

I like your way of explaining love. It's really only since I've been out of the family home that I've been able to learn how to be a functional, loving person. Love at my parents' house is always accompanied by obligations and feelings of guilt.

I keep asking Katie how she is after her tumble this morning and she replies
    "not to bad".

Daddy has just had to tell her off though as she sneaked into the fridge got a mini chocolate egg out and took it upstairs to eat!

    This is on top of

    Breakfast - Porridge with blueberries
At Grandmas - crisps, chocolate biscuit and banana, 1/4 slice of bread with pate
Lunch - ham, cucumber, tomatoes, poppadom and grapes

OH thinks my family is strange, we're more likely to insult each other (in jest!) than be nice.
Me and my brothers (and some of my cousins) do that to each other and OH finds it really hard to understand that it is a joke and we aren't really being really rude to each other. One of my friends thought my brother was really nasty because he was calling me fat on Facebook (when I was pregnant) until I pointed out to my brother that other people might not understand and would think he was being rude.

Feeling hugely guilty as I wasn't fast enough to catch her.

She's not even bruised! She must be made of rubber

Caz - Katie likes covering our dog in lipstick

DH and I have decided what Katie is getting for her next 2 birthdays - this year 3rd Kiddizoom Camera, she loves taking pictures. Next year 4th a coldwater fish tank.

    We've also discussed when she'll be getting a small furry - when she's 8 or 9.
