Nice, Glam! When I get ready for work, I've taken to dressing in yesterdays clothes, locking the cats in the kitchen, putting Seth in the buggy, changing into my work clothes, releasing the cats and pegging it out the door before I can get catted or Seth'd :rotfl: my neighbours must think I'm very odd!!

Chicken dippers are awesome, but when I was PG and had no energy OH took over the cooking and we lived on a cycle of any birds eye chicken with chips, pizza and chips, sausages and chips and takeaways... we still eat these things, but only once a month each, and only to keep him onside for the rest of the "boring" healthy stuff we eat ;)

Ah, the monster awakes! Off to see my nan now, havent seen her in over a week so Seth will be very excited to see her :) back later xx

Morning all. Pancakes on the go here :) I've not caught up on anything, but I hope everyone is ok. Tara I sent you a fb message.

I've woken up feeling a bit under the weather, but I don't have time to be ill. Paracetamol and ignoring it til it goes away. That is the solution :)

Not got it! :( Hope you feel better later. XXX

Tara, Bliss were pretty useless, they said it's common practice not to provide food, which from the other thread we know to be false. They did say that if your DD needs support to call them, and if you want I can forward the email by PM.

Not surprised, never mind! X :A

Big news here - after lots of deliberation and talking it through last week while OH was on holiday, we have decided that if OH's work agrees to cut his hours, we will do a complete role reversal, I will go back to work full time and OH will stay at home with Seth and work part time hours. We will be better off financially by £200-£300 a month, and Seth is better behaved on Daddy Days. Oddly, I really am ok with it, the only reason I didnt want to go back full time is cos I didnt want Seth to be mostly brought up by CM, so providing it doesnt mean he will be going to the CM more I am happy :)

That's similar to our plan - my earning potential is higher, so I'll return to work when the MA runs out (I'm already jobhunting) and Marley will become the full-time Dad :)

I am using www.genesreunited.co.uk - definitely not perfect, some annoying aspects, but didn't find anything better :) thought I was doing pretty well getting up to 200 relatives mapped out, til someone contacted me because we had a shared relative - he has a family tree mapped of 5,194 people  so I am scared now!

Ah but the bonus is Bruno that you can nick info off his tree when you get access, thats what I did... If you have clubcard vouchers I see they are doing a family tree package for £15 that includes 6 months Ancestry membership so you could get this and see if you like it before committing more money - I'm thinking of doing this...

Ooo thanks for reminding me about pancakes...thats pudding sorted for after HM tom soup for tea

Its just just my earning potential, its the maintenance OH pays DSD's mum :o my hourly rate is more than his though.
She is on benefits so is only allowed £80 a month of the actual maintenance money he pays, but the CSA take over £150 from him and put the rest back into benefit funding  he is going to set up a standing order for £80 a month straight into her account labelled clearly as maintenance money, which is more than the CSA will deem him able to pay. This way we have a clear conscience, as DSD isnt going to suffer or be short of money from him being at home.

I think Seth has actually woken up this time, so "see" you all later xx

I'm fine. Just start seething the minute I look at him. I can carry on this silent treatment for ages. Doesn't bother me at all. Stubborn!! Yes!!.

Wonder how long it will take him to realise he has no clean duds though.

Am I the only one who is (not so secretly) relieved that I might get the option of a section next time.. :o
The idea of a c/s fills me with horror, but poping 'em out at home is nothing :D is this our only difference?;)
I have always said b00ger and arrissed - I never knew we could say arsed!! From now on I will aim to include it in every post ;)

Ooo - hope V is okay, apparently chocolate buttons are a natural painkiller... There is a doc near me who gives babies 1/2 a choc button before their baby jabs - one of my friends nearly burst a blood vessel when he did it to her 12 week old

Not sure if it applies to white ones though?

We are going to be weighed tomorrow :T do we think my little chunk is heavier than your lovely girlie?
I wonder what the GMTV 'midwive' would think of giving these sweet treats to soothe pain

If I could get my phone to stop thinking it's 1998 and actually be a camera phone I'd take a picture of the baby herbal teas at the supermarket.
