32B - one thing is to make sure the wrap covers every last bit of the nappy and there's none poking out the top. The main time I get leaks is if there's a little bit of the nappy peaking up out the back and then that seaps onto his clothes. Also, maybe try doubling-up your booster? We use Huggies in the night and not had any problems, but my cloth nappies in the day also fare quite well!
think this may very well have been my problem, Tired mummy and night time changing mixed with washable nappies don't mix well, will need to pay more attention I think or resort to disposables at night like you!

ETA: whats the thread etiquette on the thanks button, on the pg thread we thanked just about every post but on here seems different! confused smillie please

    Hi all,

    *hugs* to scruffy
Tara - thoughts and prayers with your daughter and granddaughter
MFD - hope hubby is doing okay
Ladybird - I think morrisons have pampers active fit on offer

Feeling rather blegh today: I'm coming down with a cold, and hoping that I don't pass it on to bubs. Could really do with a nap but am too tired to sleep, if you know what I mean? So kettle is on and going to have a cuppa.

I watched that program last night about wanting a daughter - I admit I just couldn't understand them (though I do have a girl so maybe that?) :o Those poor sons who may feel like they weren't wanted! And was also shouting at the tv when the woman was having the procedure and just agreed to destroy the unwanted embryos - like they weren't worth anything as they were male or something. Not nice.

Am watching Maury on tv now (daytime tv!) and they're talking about a 4 year old who weighs 120lbs (as opposed to 39lbs average weight) and her daily diet is this:
10am: gets up and eats leftovers from last nights dinner for breakfast, so ribs, mac and cheese, pizza
    11am: 2 bowls cereal, 2 sausages, 3 eggs
1pm: large bowl noodles, 6 cookies
    3pm: cheeseburgers, fries and icecream
    4pm: large bowl potato chips
6pm: 4 pieces chicken, mac and cheese
    7pm: another large bowl icecream
And if she wakes up in the middle of the night she gets given pizza

    morning becles and Ladybird,

Plannedness- my mum always told me that she'd only ever had unprotected sex 3 times. (I have one brother) so we were very planned. It was completely TMI but she was petrified that I would be super-fertile and end up a mum at 12 or something a bit scary.

Pah! as if :) I was a geeky girly swot at school and the boys much preferred the trendy laughing girls with make up on :o:D!

*get strong vibes to Tara DGD and MFSIL*
Thats the same reason I know! Didn't really work considering I still took the chance and ended up with Chris :o but my sister is very careful because of it

Just remembered I actually came back to ask a question:
If you were buying vitamins online, what sort of length would it be reasonable to expect the expiry to be? I've e-mailed a couple of companies asking them if they can give me an indication of the expiry dates on specific products and one hasn't replied and the other said they can't give me any information additional to what is already on the website.
I would think 1yr as thats about what off the shelf vits usually have

Lady, all the supermarkets have good nappy offers on at the moment, Huggies wipes are £6:15 for a box of 9packs in tesco which is the best I've ever seen for huggies :)
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

ah well, I would use cloth at night, but I confess it's sheer laziness! (plus DH won't do them...) I will transition eventually, when I get sick of buying the disposies.

Thanks button - ummm, I think everyone has their own thing, but I click on posts I particularly like or are helpful.
