Thanks guys. Seth is napping now, he was exhausted after all that crying, the poor mite!

Tia, thats what I've been saying for the past week about the poop, he didnt do solid poop before he was weaned, so why would he do solid poop now when he is having more bottles than meals??

I actually really object to her ringing NHS direct after he had a runny nappy, how could she have given them proper details to get that diagnosis from them that he needed to see a doctor? She has only had him today, and if he is in a grump she cant have been able to give proper details? And why on earth if she thought he was ill enough to warrant ringing them would she not ring me first?!

I think when I take him on Friday I will make a point of saying there was nothing wrong with him, and the nurse confirmed it over the phone so god knows what NHS direct are on, and I will say that I would rather know my son is ill before a person in a call centre, thats if he is genuinely ill rather than his poop offending her!

I am definitely going to challenge work on them putting me down on a sick day. I'm going to wait til I get the payslip through and just ring through to head office though, I CBA asking my boss about it again.

Elle, I multi quoted your post about the blood nurse but it didnt come up, she sounds like a right tuesday. Kick her in the crotch!! Poor Rhys.

WM - my biggest issue is the time that OH spends doing weights! He does an hour every night when he gets home (Except a Friday) and then does a 2hr session on a Saturday AND a Sunday! I think he should do it when J goes to bed but he wants time to relax so does it when it gets in - when it gets warmer I'll put J in the conservatory with OH while he does weights so they get some time together. Too cold now!

Despite whingy child I have hoovered, polished, cleaned bathrrom & downstairs loo (inc floors), cleaned kitchen & floor, emptied bins & sorted recyclingstripped our bed & done 2 loads of washing! Amazing how you can multi-task & entertain! If OH has been here he'd have just sat doing nothing!

Just gotta remake our bed, tea, bottles, lunchbox & sort bag/clothes for tomorrow and thats me done!

em - big hugs. dont know what to say but think u need to speak to cm!
90% of the time NHS Direct tekk you to contact a doctor - most of the time you don't need to!

hi tia - glad someone is looking into the vomiting. poor Amber but :rotfl: at DS making her laugh

Glam, I can sympathise, OH does 6+ hours of weight training a week. We tried lots of different things, and found it works best if he does one intense mega work out a week, on a weekday evening. I just have an early night. Could you rejig things?

    labour bag question:

Worth taking my own paracetamols, heat wraps etc for after delivery in case ward is very busy?

JHA didn't get a great nurse ratio after the delivery at the same hospital as we will be in if earlier than 37 weeks.

I need to keep a diary of the night time vomiting also, finally someone took it serius! :j To try and make sure he is eating enough, bulk food out with high calorie stuff and what not. But he is doing very well. Actually he's not, I just try to look on the bright side, he is way behind on speech (consultant expressed doubts about his speech, he may never speak clearly) and the toilet issues are worrying. She tried to suggest that I try toilet training him again, I said no, not yet, too stressful for both of us and I know he is not ready. And she agrees that he needs a placement in the learning support unit so will write her letter to the EP accordingly. I also told her that if he doesn't get a place he will be deferred a year. But the rest of it he is doing good for a child who wasn't going to walk :D !
