Glam, I can sympathise, OH does 6+ hours of weight training a week. We tried lots of different things, and found it works best if he does one intense mega work out a week, on a weekday evening. I just have an early night. Could you rejig things?

He does his intense sessions on the weekend & then tops up 2 body parts a night Mon-Thurs. He's usually 30mins but also does 15min cardio & faffs about in between!

off to feed the boy (again!)

    I'd be  too Em.

 Caz - hopefully you can find something to cover it!

Glam and Feelie, that's a ridiculous amount of working out -and do they expect you to just take up the stuff they're not doing?

Feel better Weezlie - I stockpiled too :o

The recovery time is the biggest bit. I don't mind though, he is in super great shape!

Sugar - OHs always worked hard out of the home, and I've always done everything in the home. I don't mind, he has supported me for 5 years, I think I've got the good end of the stick.

    labour bag question:

Worth taking my own paracetamols, heat wraps etc for after delivery in case ward is very busy?

JHA didn't get a great nurse ratio after the delivery at the same hospital as we will be in if earlier than 37 weeks.

hello how are you? not long now? yes and take some of those 3 for 3.50 muslins from asda to use as sheets as they are short of sheets and blankets HTH:D
