we do but dont celebrate valentines day sm. if that makes sense to u?
we used to before the kids came along - silly lil present to each other (no more than £10-more like a token gift) ad i always got took out for dinner! :)
i dnt think we did anything at all last yr - but got each other a card and had special time. and i doubt we will do much this yr cos we have a ball to go to on the 26th feb. so thatll pro be our belated valentines as we dont normally get to go/do stuff like that!!
    Carla-Farla!! :)

Sami, dh often accuses me of going on a secret alternative site called Money Squandering Experts!!!

We don't do anything for valentines either. I don't mind except we don't do anything any time of the year...and as last night showed, we may as well never botheri anyway!!

Genuine confused question.. When Rhys is standing on the floor, holding himself up but we're holding him under the arms or round the waist for balance, he steps forward (up to about ten steps as that's as far away as I can comfortably hold him from me!). He won't do it if we hold his arms though, likes to stretch them out while he lifts his feet. Is that still an newborn reflex hanging about or a new skill he's come up with? *confused*
Alice could walk holding hands when she was Rhys's age. It was really funny at first because she couldn't steer very well - the first time she ended up with her feet ander the tall boy.

i done them all. i was like superwoman this afternoon! :) although now kids have gone to bed the list is starting up again.....
Clearly your list is too short then. :p Even if I had a whole month with nothing else to do I couldn't finish mine.

how on earth do u remember the day and date etc!????? am i just completely un-sentimental!? :o I remember i did mine for Christopher on a sunday, but thats bcos robbie was out hunting and i had to phone him in a panic!
I could work mine out if I wanted because we were on holiday but I don't remember it. I was more relieved than anything at the time as I'd been ill for two weeks already so was starting to worry that there was something wrong with me.
random but what are you lot doing for valentines day? ... of course i now dont have a babysitter with us not speaking to that girl so im wondering what we can do with an 8 month old x
We celebrate our engagement anniversary instead. (Which is on the 8th because OH couldn't wait another six days.)

Haven't a hope of catching up - big hugs to all and I shall return tomorrow when I have had a little less wine to drink.

We generally celebrate with a meal out, or a takeaway, although OH is working this year. It's just nice to have an evening focussing on each other rather than the TV or 'net! We're the same on all sorts of anniversaries too. This year will be ten years since we met, and we're having a night in a spa hotel for that!

A spa night?! I got flowers & chocolates for our ten year anniversary, oh well at least I got something!

I write a list every Sunday night of stuff I want to get done the coming week, anything not done on this week's will get transferred over. I have things I HAVE to do like Tax Car, Pay Bills etc then housework and then things that I keep putting off like filing & Shredding (these get transferred over EVERY week!)

If I don't have a list I sit on my ariss all day doing nothing - will I come on here but that's not always productive!
