Thats because the jars have quite a bit of flavour and we make everything bland, add some baby sauces! X

Stops them from having bland tastes later too.

  • ETA: I worte this a while ago but didn't press reply. I will go back now and then fill you all in on my day

Susan - was it only a morning BF Alice had? How would you feel if it is just temporary and she comes back to it in a week or two?

Elle- fab new about the meds.

Wow carla! Wanna come and do mine?

DKAM - please keep bobbing by just to let us know your ok. I'm really glad things seems to be getting there for you. You sound really positive and I'm so proud that you are going to use this "blip" and turn things around for you and your boys.

Thanks for the response Glam :) Our "routine" at the moment is:

    7/8am - milk (EBM)
    11/12 - milk
3/4pm - milk, followed by puree & rice
    7pm - milk then bed
somewhere between midnight and 4am - milk

I was planning on introducing breakfast next, after the early milk.

His play & sleep times are pretty random in the gaps.

Only really posting this to compare notes!

I have only started breakfast today as we are starting Week 4 and I've been following a couple of weaning guides that came in the post.

He didn't have much at lunchtime but has got sweet potato & carrot for tea cos I know he likes them!

and walking helps you lose weight and trim up at the same time.

i try to walk as quick as i can when out with Kian

My nearest surestart is 1.2miles away but I've found a shortcut :shhh:
I think I've talked OH into coming for a walk with me in the morning :)

Was at ASDA at 9am then Farmfoods and home by 10.30am - not bad for a Saturday morning and home in time for OH crawling out of his pit!

  • We've had an eventful day here today:
Took Liam swimming this morning and noticed he had a rash on his tummy and his back. Stopped at my Mum's house on the way home for her opinion and she thought it was measels  She though he would be OK because the rash had come out and that he was no longer contagious.

Came on here to catch up and to let everyone know I won't becoming to TC and trying to work out how to tell SM.

Did a bit of googling :doh:to check whether L is conntagious. After reading I thought we best have him checked out and have it confirmed. There are loads of people we had seen who would have to be told, so off we trot to the walk in centre. Liam doesnt have measels :j but his eczema has caused a rash over his body :( Nothing we can do but apply lots of creams and keep an eye on him, and we can go to TC and SM isn't going to be stranded at Picadilly and she can still go too! :T
  • MM- Glad you manage to save Dylan, hope your OK! Have a fab night and get a Taxi, you need the drink for medicinal (sp) purposes

Tara - I honestly don't think you can do any more for your friend until she realises things for herself. Then you will be able to be therte for you. I know it's hard when all you want to do is shake her and maker her see sense. HUgs to all and I hope her little on is OK.
