Yeah Im good thanks Mel, just on here for a bit of company OH is out on a stag do and he's been gone since lunchtime so Im chilling with a [STRIKE]bottle[/STRIKE] glass of wine and looking for a holiday then I think once I have put J in bed Ill watch a movie. Iv got 'The Time Travellers Wife'
What kind of car are you looking for? I take it you have gone off the mini bus idea?

Got my buggy today. Its better condition that I thought it would be, felt a little guilty taking it down the woods....... not for long tho!

I am looking at Mercedes V220, Mercedes V280, and Mercedes Vito Traveliner......also Chrysler grand Voyager. Just want the biggest boot space possible for my budget (which is too small really) Yeah not keen on the mini-buses, they just don't look very nice:o

haven't seen that film you'll have to report back with a full review:p

I was nearly crying when we got back to the car today! This guy next to us had a really old dog with a limp. He had a special ladder so it could get into the boot of the estate car without him lifting it.
It just slowly walked up the ladder and lay down what a nice man to allow the dog to have its dignity.
I've turned into a right soppy d ick since having K :rotfl:

:mad: I've had a "go to sleep" song I sang to Elijah just for the length of carrying him into the nursery and putting him in his cot, for nearly his whole life! Now suddenly when I'm carrying him and start singing it, even if he is basically asleep in my arms, he perks up and joins in it with shouting LA LA LAA at the top of his voice! The cheek!

Steak, chips and salad was v omnomnom, Molly ate cucumber, pepper and a few chips (kept raiding the chips, which we'd ordered unseasoned so she could eat them - she went to so much trouble to hoik the plate towards her and steal them that I felt terrible taking them off her, plus she was mostly just squashing them anyway) and she also sucked/gummed a piece of meat almost white. She was excellently behaved and is now mostly sleeping soundly - but as I typed that she made a little noise.

We managed to have a little disagreement on the way back over OH "innocently" commenting that by the time Molly's old enough to need a dentist we'll be in a different part of the city. I think we need a different city, since I'm extremely unlikely to find another job here and didn't spend a decade in university only to requalify. Hence the argument

Baby screaming. OH dealing with it. Me simmering.
