    Is she still gimpy? Any sign of the cat yet btw?

    I was nearly crying when we got back to the car today! This guy next to us had a really old dog with a limp. He had a special ladder so it could get into the boot of the estate car without him lifting it.
    It just slowly walked up the ladder and lay down :( what a nice man to allow the dog to have its dignity.
    I've turned into a right soppy d ick since having K :rotfl:

    Nah her paw seems alright now, i didn't finish the course of antibiotics though, i'm so bad for that, no matter who they are for!!!

    Cat is gone :(:(:(:( It's been a week now so i highly doubt she'll be back. Ex did his tarzan call that he trained the cats to come to (lol), and she still didn't appear. She must be dead :(:(:(:(
  • Evening all. We had a trip to the soft play place today. Izzy LOVED it... very busy with lots of big kids so I had to get in the ball pool too - we put the little ones in the corner, then had to be bouncers between them and the big'uns (it was meant to be under 5s only and "you must supervise your children at all times" in the bit we were in. Ha ha). Ate far too much food too, but never mind.

    Bought myself 2 more nursing bras too... busy busy!

    Izzy nackered herself out today, so was off to sleep by 7... but then up again and properly upset, so I ended up back in the living room feeding her to sleep on the sofa. She didn't bat an eyelid when I put her back in her bed. She will be everso cross when she wakes up and realises where she is but never mind. She has a bit of a cold at the mo, and I'm not sure if that is the entire problem or if she is teething too, but she is definitely not right, so it could be a long night.

    Bruno - you have a singer as well as a mosher then :)

    :rotfl: Not quite a spreadsheet - just a mental list like the one I posted.

    I am looking at Mercedes V220, Mercedes V280, and Mercedes Vito Traveliner......also Chrysler grand Voyager. Just want the biggest boot space possible for my budget (which is too small really) Yeah not keen on the mini-buses, they just don't look very nice:o

    haven't seen that film you'll have to report back with a full review:p

    I dont have a clue when he will be home I just know they are still in Liverpool and he is still coherant (sp) enough to send me a text. Us girls just had 2 main rules;
    No permanent damage to the stag
    No leaving the country :rotfl:

    To be honest he cant take his beer, we dont drink often she says nursing a glass of vino and seeing as he has been out since lunch Im expecting him home anytime ......

    :( Gutted actually as we were supposed to be flying out to the Dominican Republic next week - thats where they are getting married - but my mum couldnt get the time off work to have the children. So :D that I wont have to miss them but :( no holiday til later on in the year.

    Good Luck with the great car hunt xx

    It was only minor, it's just that we've had the same discussion over and over and it covers all the things we argue about so we're both peeved now. When we got engaged we talked about what would happen when my contract ended and he was all, I'd like to stay here but if we have to move we have to move, my job's safe regardless and we're ok.... but he doesn't really want to move if we don't have to. But while we don't know what happens when my contract ends there's no point in finding a new place here (which we would do if we were staying longterm) and while we're in our current place we have too too little space and too much stuff that he is not willing to get rid of so we can't make it look nice, and Molly can't have a bedroom because the room that would be hers is entirely filled with his expensive hobby - that he has not touched in months.

    </rant>

    I hope you're ok?

    grrrrrrr someone tell my Husband that he can got to the frickin shop on his frickin own since he just had a sleep on the sofa while I dealt with a cranky Ambertronic. Bloody lazy arsed git so he is. (plus I'm in a prophetic bad mood because I won't get a long lie on Mothers Day)
  • Evening lovelies. We've had a fab afternoon at my mum's. My niece and nephew (3yo and 1yo) are staying there and they are so cute. My mum and I were talking about OBEM being filmed at the Princess Anne hospital (where mum had me and I had H) and niece piped up- I've seen Princess Anne. We asked her where, and she said Princess Anne the Frog (princess and the frog). So cute!

    Happy Anniversary SS! Glad the meal was good, sorry you've argued.

    Csh- glad the buggy is good. Was it a mega-bargain?

    Things I never thought I'd do before I had H? I'm another who never thought I'd have a CS, right up until they put me in a gown. I never thought I'd care so much about BFing as I do. I never thought having a baby would be so amazing or that his little smile would light up my life so, so much. And I never thought I'd be so certain about wanting another just three months after the birth!

  • Tell him 'I told him he has to do as you tell him' , Tia Not that I think for a second he would listen to some random lady from the t'internet! :rotfl:

    How come you wont get a lie in on mothers day? (Sorry if I missed it earlier)
