!
And none of your professional colleagues told you?:rotfl:
eta just looked it up, and think I should have had a peak by now after so many HIGH readings. What is going on?!Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
Morning everyone
I enjoy reading back through everyone's posts in the morning, you're a humerous bunch
Still no signs of AF as yet for me but i do have a really dull ache in my stomach, not too far down it feels like AF but an ache i can't really describe. I have no idea what my body is doing, i'm a bit overwhelmed with all the temp and ov talk as i've decided i'm just going to see what happens  (for now haha)0 -

Why not leave CBFM for a while? Save your sticks?0 -
QQ I think you're right. Def AF, so I could start again from today.
Should I reset it, or just set the m button?
Having a real bad time at the mo', think I may have left it too late. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
I think your hormones are not quite back yet.

GFH...Think Q might be on to something. The Clearblue website (under FAQ) states the following;
If you have recently been pregnant (even if not carried to full term) I’d advise you to wait until you’ve had at least two natural menstrual cycles in a row (each lasting 21-42 days) before using the Clearblue Fertility Monitor. This is to ensure that you get accurate readings that are not affected by any hCG you may still have in your body just after pregnancy.
Maybe you just need to give it a little more time? x

Morning everyone. Yay summer is here
I went to the gym last night (in 2WW) and googling came up with not letting your heartrate go above 140bpm if in first trimester. So I walked briskly on an incline and tested my heartrate - 120ish. Decided to try jogging...it went down to 115bpm! I'm thinking maybe I'm not working out hard enough if I can't get my heartrate anywhere near the minimum that's safe for babies! Need to have a google later about heartrates and learn what it all means.
Claire - you doing a 10k? Are you running the whole thing? I've promised to sign up to a 10k with a friend, but I'm hoping I'll be pg by then and have a get out clause.
Fairy - sorry about the docs. Mind me asking how old you are?Baby Giz born 6/2/110 -

I started running in January and I'm doing my first 10K on Sunday. I've only managed 8K in training but I'm hoping the adrenaline/atmosphere will carry me the last 2! I have the same concerns as you about body temp/heart rate during tww (I'll be 11 DPO on Sun). I have been assured that so long as my breathing feels under control and I keep hydrated there's no reason to worry about it. I'm not out to brake any records so will just walk for a bit if I don't feel right.0 -
*hugs* GFH just give it a cycle like people have said
Giz what heart rate are you aiming for normally, did you not get any of that in your induction? (If not collar an instructor and make them measure you!) My fat burning level is 133 at the moment. I have noticed that if I am watching my heart rate as I exercise then it goes down, have to ignore it and only check once or twice.
That's interesting about 140 thanks. The cross trainer gets me up to 148 without even working hard, maybe I should avoid that one!!0 -
Fairy - sorry about the docs. Mind me asking how old you are?
I will be 36 at the beginning of August. This is one of the reasons I went as I'd read if you are over 35 and have been trying for 6 months or more then you should go to your GP. Not much point when they don't want to know really though
As much as I don't want to I just feel like everything is against us, even the bloody doctor doesn't seem to care  I always said I wouldn't get like this, wanting a baby so much but it's odd how it just comes over you and after being pregnant it's become even more apparent to OH and I.
Bless my OH he said he tried looking up on the internet how he can help support me when AF arrives and I get upset. He said that he went on one website written for men by women (he couldn't remember the name) and it said "don't bother trying to support her as you just can't understand how she is feeling and you never will"
It's no wonder that most men just seem to have a clue how to help if thats the kind of advice they find if they do try looking it up! :mad:One day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -
CBFM arrived at my place in the UK:j:j:j
Ordered Monday, arrived Tuesday. Great service, thanks Ladylegs if you ever see this:p
My sister is sending it over here, fingers crossed it'll arrive before CD6;)
I'm 14DPO, my usual luteal phase is 14/15 days. That's if I got the ov dates right. It may be still 10DPO. In which case, no chance of a baby, since we dtd 5 days before ov:(, but good for CBFM:cool:FairyShazza wrote: »I always said I wouldn't get like this, wanting a baby so much but it's odd how it just comes over you and after being pregnant it's become even more apparent to OH and I."don't bother trying to support her as you just can't understand how she is feeling and you never will"
