I used the pill but came off it in oct just to make sure that it was fully out of my system iykwim
You can only take the Folic acid on its own until 12 weeks bfp, something to do with too much vit a in them. does this mean i have to start taking the mum to be once i am pregnant? as they contain folic acid too dont they?
we have got the start date of ttc around the 12th April as thats when we are back from hols - do i wait until then to give my details for Confuzzled's diary?
This is a great forum girles and hope to get to know you all better!!
Confuzzled's diary is for pregnancy testing (when period is due).
You need to get on to the Moleymoo's list on the first page. The format is something like this:
i love holidays(26) - TTC #1 since 04/10
I think it is OK to get on it now:)0 -
Oh and i are also takin the sanatogen mother and father to be supplements. There are some you can take beyond 12 weeks and throughout the pregnancy.
ILOVEHOLIDAYS- if you have been on the pill for quite a while it 'can' take time to come out of your system so dont be expectin to catch on the first official month of ttc but then it can happen it just depends on your bodies way of readjusting.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

We are going to buy the mother and father to be i think this weekend at least we know we are having all the right vitamins - im not expecting to catch on the first month although would be nice lol we are just not going to think too much about it and see what happens. i have been monitoring my periods and they seem fairly regular - not to sound really thick but do i post my details off ttc etc on here and moleymoo adds them? or do i post a message direct?

You can get the preconception vits at Boots atm they are on 342 so will work out cheaper for you. If you add any details in your posts they will be updated the main list later on.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Bitzer maloney are you heading to docs as soon as you hit your year mark? Also, do you count months or cycles (only we've hit 12 cycles but only 10 months)? OH is getting a bit impatient (ok so am I too), if there's something wrong that can be fixed we'd rather know sooner than later as I don't have time on my side.
I think we'll probably try the CBFM for the next 2-3 months until we hit the actually 1 year, I don't want to be turned away from the docs for not trying long enough.
I've been counting months rather than cycles (I'm a 26-day girl, so am on cycle 14 so far). I went to the GP for pre-conception check, then back again at 6 months as a) I'm a worrier and b) I have had surgical stuff which may interfere with ttc. The doc did a few tests and told me to come back in another 6 months if nothing's doing and I'll be referred on the fast-track due to my surgery. I'm still hoping there's a chance we can get pg before then, but I'm not holding my breath.
Its CD26 here, AF due tomorrow and I'm feeling like a bag-of-pooThink I'm coming down with the lurgy that's going round the office  Boobs hurt, but they always do right before AF. Not holding out hope, its too hard after so long. If and when I do get my bfp I think I'll have a heart-attack from the shock..:rotfl:
Love and babydust xx
!!!!!!ation, forgot to add, huge congrats Rik! So pleased for you!Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.0 -
Hi ladies,
I am not managing to drop by here as often as I'd like to check in with you all, but will keep coming back and catching up.
Congrats on the BFP Rik! Really pleased for you. <<< non-alcoholic of course!
Nothing to report from my end really..... I have 2 more acupuncture sessions left (to try get my periods back), this Fri and next Fri. I have pre-paid so will go and have them, but after that I am going to leave it, and just let my body do as it pleases, hopefully it'll fall back into routine....
Good luck to everyone due to test before I next get to drop back in

Well CD 32 for me still not AF was sick most of the weekend and still have a dull ache in my stomach. My eyes are really painful today(just read that back and thats sounds strange) Its as if someone is pressing on my eyeballs. If i look to the right or left its painful and causing my headache to get worse.BOO HOO poor me.
Dustystar02- yeah still erratic on CD32 today was hoping for BFN at weekend due to personal circumstances but now I would like to know either way. Secretly hoping for BFP now to give me something to smile about and I know we would manage.
Slm6002- I know how you feel with your sister in law. Its completely normal. My sister got pregnant when she was 18 nto planned and I was devastated being the eldest I thought I would be the first as I was with hubby and engaged at the time. Sister only just got with her boyf. My neice is now 4 and I love her to piece's. On the flip side we got married in sept 07 and came back from honeymoon to find that hubby's sister (aged 15 at the time) was pregnant. What a smack i the face that was, I felt like we were not meant to make anyone grandparents and was really jealous. We found out we were pregnant the following day (so lucky) but it did but a downer on the pregnancy cos everytime anything happened hubby's sister was already doing that. She got alot more pregnancy care than me too being 15. But I did laugh when I got the tiny petite 6lb 8 baby with blonde hair and family dimples and she got the 9lb 2 3month looking baby and all the clothes they had bought (as they found out sex) didnt fit and MIL gave them to us 10days later when our DD arrived. There is 10days between our DD and our neice who is gorgeous btw didnt mean anything by above and they play great together. Sister in law is at school going to uni this year and never really spends time with her daughter but thats theri life. Our little princess is loved has everything she needs shares her toys is polite and says thankyou at 21months.
I guess what Im trying to say is yes its normal dont worry too much your time will come lots of baby dust to you. (I was so long winded there gosh)
Rik- Congratulations on your BFP!!!!!
IloveHolidays- Welcome and good luck with ttc you should see when your period is due before you go away and maybe you could bring a little bundle back from holiday with you as plenty of time to BD whilst away. Cheey I know.0 -
thank you olivias mummy, what you say is very true. i dont know about anyone else when ttc you seem to see every other person with a bump walking round tescos etc! I am sure they must all have stayed at home pre ttc x
Anyway i feel much better today - maybe a down day yesterday. Still no AF but i guess it will happen when it happens.
Rik Congratulationas good luck with the next 8 months.
My ds didnt want to sleep last night and it just bought back memories of broken sleepless nights. Luckily these were few and far between with my two little ones but it makes me think could i do it again - A big fat Yes
I hope everyone has a good day xMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19
