Ah congratulations Rik :j, hope it all goes well for you.
Nothing to report here, was due today but as of yet no AF, will try and resist a test until the weekend in case I am just late. Stopped being sick but still very irritable (does not even come close!!), sore boobs & knackered.
How soon would a test show positive anyway?0 -
i have just found out that my sister in law is expecting her 1st baby in sept time but i am just a little bit jealous of her. Is it wrong to feel like this? I just wish it was me telling the family.Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Completely natural for you to feel that way, am sure you will deal with it sensitively. Does she know you are ttc? Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

yes i am really happy for her and she has no idea that we are ttc but i am just so impatient. Think it doesnt help that the last 2 pregs that i have had happened the month after i stopped my pill so i should already be preg in my mind. I know that is totally unrealistic and i sound like a spoilt child!
I really wish everyone on here who has had a BFP has a really healthy happy time xMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Dusty - try not to get down hearted, I am sure you will get there. It may be worth speaking to doctor considering your op to remove cells. I gad similiar op and am sure it makes ttc more difficult. Sending pma thoughts to you.
Thanks I think a trip to the docs is needed any way just to give me piece of mind,,,xxxbitzer_maloney wrote: »OPKs don't always give results for some people. When I've used them I *think* I got a positive once.
If they've been having regular sex and not preventing for a year, then its a year they've been ttc.
Dusty-raise your concern with your GP/nurse, they might do some blood tests and let you wait another few months (depending on age/previous medical history etc) or they might refer you straight away. We hit our 12 month mark in about 3 weeks..*bah*
Thanks for the support bitzer and thanks for making me feel i'm not being a total drama queen. Hope all goes well for you..xxso AF was due sat and I tested yesterday and *whispers* got a BFP .
Congrats Rik, fantastic news....xx
Fuzz - can I please come off the list? Deffo not testing any time soon.
I'm off to bed now in the hope I'll wake up with bags of PMA tomorrow...xx0 -
Congratulations RIK hope you have the happiest, healthiest and morning sickness free 8 months.
Penny glad to hear the bleeding has stopped - it almost feels like you have gone commando after so long of HUGE knickers and pads. Hope things pick up for you from now on. xxx
No news here other than i have a headfull of grey hair from sorting out crappy network probs last few days, after decorating last week the wireless router packed in so after arguing on the phone to belkin for hours agreed it was broken and they would email me to sort out repair/replacement, days later no reply so took it back and got exchange only the div gave me one that werent compatible so after hours off faffing around now have two lap tops online and just sorting out the main home pc the kids use and we might be cooking on gas baby lol.
Still no clue on how this months cycle is going but atm am going through a patch of extreme horniness (sorry if tmi) it seems i have to be occupying myself other wise hubby will be due a nervous breakdown from exhaustion.
Hope the rest of you ladies are ok and all is well.xx:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

dustystar, my CFM was £40 - they generally go for around £40-50 on ebay (used) with usually a few sticks thrown in. I'm looking forward to using mine as it shows the eostrogen rise not just LH. Maybe it is the cheapies not being sensitive enough, but I wonder if I'm still oving as I don't get any symptoms at all.
Penny35 you must be so relieved to be rid of the lady-nappies!
Bitzer maloney are you heading to docs as soon as you hit your year mark? Also, do you count months or cycles (only we've hit 12 cycles but only 10 months)? OH is getting a bit impatient (ok so am I too), if there's something wrong that can be fixed we'd rather know sooner than later as I don't have time on my side.
I think we'll probably try the CBFM for the next 2-3 months until we hit the actually 1 year, I don't want to be turned away from the docs for not trying long enough. We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0
