Thanks - have bought them anyway!
Let us know how you get on. I might get them soon:)
So. Any suggestions for a good alcohol alternative? I like wine mainly, red or white... tried Appletiser, Peartiser, Schloer...none of which feel right :(
Sorry can't help that either - I'm only an occasional drinker, and don't like alcohol:o

Oh just remembered my friend likes Sainsbury's low alcohol sparkling wines, it does contain 0.05% alcohol though. Don't know if it is a no-no for pregnancy:huh:

It's more for while I'm not on the pill, don't want to have any drinking nights then find out I'm pregnant - I'll be trying properly after our wedding so it's just an interim thing. I'll check those out, thanks! x

You can buy loads of de-alcoholised wines from places like asda.

Don't do wine very often, but I can vouch for the Sainsbury's own low alcohol cider....noms!

I have just managed to catch up on all the chat from the past few days, phew, you lot can natter, but I'm shocked that with all the chat we are on page 2...... not anymore!!

hugs to all those that need them and sorry for all of those the witch got, damn her.

before I divulge I just wanted to say that although I don't post often I have a lot of fun lurking in the shadows keeping up with all of the chat, and yes I was one of those spoilt children too with the big yellow teapot, mr forsty and the a la carte kitchen, it was down to the guilt I think as my parents divorced when I was 4 and then spent the next few years trying to make up for it - I also think there was a bit of one-upmanship going on there too, but I wasn't one to complain! :o

so AF was due sat and I tested yesterday and *whispers* got a BFP . I knew what the result was going to be as I had awful spinning stomach all day on wednesday and the only times I felt like that before was with my other two pregnancies, it was only for a day but I knew that I was pg. I'm expecting the spinning stomach to return bang on 5 wk (so saturday) as it did with the last two, but I'm not complaining. Obviously we're excited but also nervous/cautious coz of the previous two outcomes.

I'm still going to lurk but won't put you all through the torture of my updates. thanks for helping me through my tough times last year and thanks for keeping me amused with all your crazy chats, you lot are amazing and I'm so grateful to you all

sending you all big hugs and kisses and lots and lots of baby dust

    mwah xx

Good luck for Thursday Bitzer - looks like it's more than Oxford that we have in common.

Not a lot to report here, a few random twinges but nothing that I haven't had before AF!

Just bought a CBFM from Ebay for £40 (including postage), so very happy with that - just need to get the tests now!

Just reread the thread from the weekend, sorry if I left you out.
I may have skimmed past you by accident. :o

Tigtag – it’s depressing isn’t it. ONLY 20% first time out. I cleared this hurdle though but then miscarried. The BFP isn’t the golden ticket. I never considered a miscarriage would occur so next time I’m celebrating /planning after 12 weeks scan.

I have decided on this option *sticks fingers in ears and sings* 'lalalalalalalalalalala' until the 20 week scan has passed (DD2 had 2 congenital birth defects so I know I wont rest until then anyway)!!

Congrats on the job GG :D

 to everyone else with lashings of baby dust :D

Well, news from my end 9so to speak :p) - the community gynae definitely wasn't blowing bubbles up my rear when she told me she would 'fast track' me to the consultant for this dang intruder to be removed (last Wednesday) - I have an appointment at 9.00 in the morning :eek::eek:

I dont want a needle in my cookie :(

    Hi Ladies

I have had a great few days... The bleeding has stopped I am so happy I am starting to feel normal again, and its great not having to wear knickers 24/7 with sanitary towels, I have had them on (not same pair :) for 40 days with pads so I now feel free...silly I know.

Not going to actively try to TTC for a couple of months but we dont mind if we have a happy accident :)

Hope your all well, I have a lot of reading up to do to catch up with all your news.
