Thanks for the help, that is great.
We got our baseball tickets from Ticket Master, we didnt pay lots for them I think for 2 with the extras about $80-90 as this match is the day we land and we were concerned if we were delayed etc. Our Basketball tickets we got from Stubhub so payed a bit more for them and then you pay more than face value but it will be worth it to see a match at Madison Sq Gardens.
I read up on the padlocks and it was very enlightening, be interesting to see them on the bridge0 -

what are the chances of seeing a sports game on our trip (we are in nyc from 24th-27th october?
any sport apart from soccer??
I doubt you'll make the regular basketball season but you should be able to get tickets to the preseason. You have the NY Knicks and Brooklyn Nets to choose fromWhat's gone will never come back. But it exists when you think of it ...0 -

It was a nice sight to see them in Paris, they don't remove them there so there are thousands.
It reminds of a nice thing I came across on Tripadvisor, Tiles for America which I really wanted to see but found out they were removed last September:heart2:0 -
This was taken in January of this year

$80 to $90!
I've found the $5 to $10 seats at any ball park to be absolutely fantastic and usually sees you sitting with the real fans!0 -

Depends what you want.
Calls in the US?
Calls back to the UK
Texts in the US

Answer that, and I'll be able to point you in the right direction.
