Looling at staying 6/7 nights in late august budget is say £1800? Is this an okay price for flights and accommodation in 4* for 2 people?

I'm confused. Is Newark Penn station the same as New York Penn station?

No, One is in Newark, New Jersey, the other in New York City, New York.

Really you can't get confused. Get on the train, get off at the LAST stop.

Hi, did you book in advance and are you able to collect on the day? will have a look later thanks

The tickets I have bought are for the Nets game on March 12 (I think thats the date!)

If you just look at the tickets that are electronic format you can print them off or you can collect them when over there (this option costs more).

You will have to us stubhub.com rather than .co.uk as the american sports games arent available on the UK site. You can still ring the uk helpline if there is a problem though!

Nets Vs Hornets? Very Jealous! Should be an easy home win for them.
What's gone will never come back. But it exists when you think of it ...

No it isn't, Newark Penn is the first station stop once you board the train at Newark Airport Station. New York Penn Station is in Manhattan and will be the final stop.

Well, how silly to have 2 stations with the same name. Not very imaginative and I bet I'm not the only one who got them mixed up. I kept reading "board the train at Penn : ride to Penn station.

They have totally different names, one has is "Newark Penn Station" the other is "New York Penn Station". It's like saying Bristol Parkway and Warwick Parkway are named the same.

And you won't board the train at Newark Penn. You get the Airtrain from the Terminal to "Newark Liberty International Airport" Station, it then stops at Newark Penn, Secaucus Junction, then New York Penn Station.

This map makes perfect sense - http://www.njtransit.com/images/AirportRail.png - I can't see how confusing it is. You get off at the end of the line!
