I dont think I have ever seen a 99c store in NYC.
Do you mind me asking where you usual go for vintage shops? Is there an area you found had good vintage shops ?
I would like to find some when i go again later in year. Last year went a fab vintage jewelry shop in Chelsea, we must have spend an hour in there got a couple of presents and something for myself of course
I normally go over to Williamsburg for vintage shopping, the places in Manhattan I found not to be too great
What was the shop in Chelsea? My hotel is near there!

didn't do radio city tour but went there . Iconic place with bags of history .Havent done the Apollo and regret that more Just been too difficult to sort the time to get there and give it time it deserves. East Coast American Music is a big part of my life and who i am from early jazz and blues & with the Italian and jewish cultures. From a early childhood my memories of NYC had music all around it some great artists some memorable times (off to stick my Simon and Garfunkle L/P on the Grammer phone) hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0

New Yorker is a good central location a little south of Midtown right ontop of Penn station and Maddison Square Gardens Macys and ESB are all within 5 minutes walk and about 6 or 7 blocks south of Times Square Enjoy NYC:cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0 -
