I can't figure out which one I'd like more: ex-feral paws-under-the-table or soft-touch hubby. Tough one0

wahaha agreed
Well not sure if its good or bad news, we heard him in the garden this morning, but he didn't seem interested in visiting, I think Guinness might have seen him off last night... But the OH also didn't think he had a collar on this morning...
Still no calls, so either he's lost it or his owners are spectacularly irresponsible. I mean no chip, no collar, not neutered, untreated eczema, left to wander at all hours, hungry, matted... I guess some people are like that. But to take the collar off and not bother to call? Just plain stupid.:mad:0 -
I'm following this thread as we have a cat (No 6?) auditioning at the door. We took in 2 last year, to add to the 2 we already had (& my neighbours cat who lives here 90% of the time - my neighbour knows, we 'cat share').
Auditioning cat is very verbal, and very hungry. We are feeding her as she is so thin and dirty. May well turn out to be someone's cat (please please)..I'm also trying to get my other neighbours to adopt her. If it snows again we'll take her in (of course). Really in two minds - I worry about the vets bills and the insurance but then I think we'll one more won't make any difference - but what do we do when Number 7 rolls up??0 -
Bless you mouseymouse, I'm in awe
You can never have too many kitties imho, unless you only have a very little house like me..
So you sound like you may be an expert in making cats be friendshow'd you do it?

Oh we have teeny tiny house too, a 'starter' house that we are never going to get any further from. They mostly muddle along together (the odd muttering). I stroke one then immediately stroke another so the smells get mixed up. We are at home all day
so we 'referee' any situations. I think cats are very sociable animals anyway, so they do like company? I know I had one years ago who would beat up any other cats though (he didn't like my x either - the cat was obviously a better judge of character than me). Mxx

Big news! Well possibly. I've found a missing cat on AnimalSearch.co.uk that very closely matches Gonzo, lost almost a year ago when he was only 6mnths old, from an address only 9 miles away!
I think we'll see where he is when we get home and if he still has his collar on before contacting them, it's missing a couple of vital details and pictures so don't want to get their hopes up, or give away someone else's cat.. But could be good news for Dr Gonzo! x0 -
