Sooo cute, just got back from work, so of course went straight out to see if he was there. No sign in our garden, so I called out... nothing.. called again...*distant meep* "kitty?" *slightly nearer meep* "here kitty!" *prrmeow!* leapt over the fence and ran straight over!
He's been in and had more food and a nice long sleep on a fluffy blanket, for the first time in weeks I'm sure. Have had to relegate him to the kitchen now that the terrible two have returned, but at least he won't be out in the freezing cold tonight.
And thanks Jojo!! That's actually really helpful, I'm 90% certain it's a boy, but he's a big fluffball so that's why it's a bit difficult to tell...0 -

I know it's not a nice thing to think of but at the end of the day who is going to be able to guarantee that the kitties won't end up abandoned as adults as this cat seems to be. Everybody loves a kitten but sadly the supply far outstrips the demand.
I'm with you on this.It's also not healthy for a very young cat to go through pregnancy, birth and weaning.

YUP! Owned!!:rotfl::T:D0 -
This time last year we 'found a cat'. After considerable effort on our part we also found the owner. We reunited cat and owner, TWICE, third time we expected them to come and collect the cat........and they didn't. He is still here. He is a lovely boy although he and my little girl cat hate each others guts.
I think you should advertise to find his owner but gear yourself up to gaining an extra pet.0 -
just went out to get a stack of food for him, he got through 3.5 packets of whiskers since 5pm.. this cat jus keeps on eatin!Little_Chicken wrote: »AAAAAAAW!!! Wot a lovely story. Do trrrryyyyyy not to get too attached tho as his previous owner still may turn up
I knowIt'd be for the best if he did have a home to go to and had just got lost; if he's not chipped, we'll do everything we possibly can to find the owners. He's obviously been wandering for some time, but there is always a possibility that someone misses him. I'm just happy we can give him a warm place to stay for the time being, lookin cold out there.
