Honey, I just followed the recipie Lois posted on the losing weight recipies thread. I think its 4 oz pudding rice (free), 700ml skimmed milk (healthyA), 200ml of water & 3tbspns of sweetner. mix together and cook until the rice has absorbed the liquid. It makes enough for at least 2 really filling breakfasts and for 1 heA! Happy Days.
I meant to say, I've discovered a really easy and filling meal tonight. I was starving and didn't want to go mad snacking so threw on some savoury rice for my tea and added in quorn chicken style pieces and some frozen baby veg (carrot, green beans and baby corn mix from asda) while it was cooking. It was so filling and absolutely lovely ... correct me if I'm wrong consultant31, but that was a completely free dinner on green. Isn't that right?
Welcome Juno.... are you following a specific plan or trying to make more healthy choices ? Good luck this week. You'll get lots of great support from everyone here.
edit: lol Honey, it looks like we were thinking the same thing and posting at the same time!Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -

Hi all - sorry, I feel like a deserter, and there are so many posts to catch up on! It's been a busy week for me, and I haven't had as much time to follow the thread as I usually do, but it's great to see so much going on.
Welcome to all the new people - I'm the one that does the 2 pound club if you're interested in joining. There's more information about it here. If you want to join just let me know on here or by PM or email and I'll add you on to the list. It's great to see how well everyone is doing, and how much weight we're losing collectively too.
Keep up the good work! :T
