    Hi all

Well after a very well behaved I lost 1.5lb's, woo hoo. I threw my arms up in the air on the scales at that dropped me another 1.5lbs off so i had to get off the scales and re- weigh to double check! So i am now 1lb away from my healthy BMi, so by holiday in just over 2 weeks i should be in it- hurrah!

Well done - a really great loss! Must be wonderful being soooooo close. :j I've heard it's hard to lose when you're that close to target but you're still doing so well!

I did the same thing with the arms yesterday and people stared at me!
  • Ooo...wanted to show you this

Story about how Madrid has banned underweight models from their fashion show. Disciminating perhaps (do they/would they ban overweight models too??) but interesting.

Well done Jenpoptab - you're half a pound ahead of me now! A few people who I hadnt seen in a while were in work today and commented on me losing weight - it feels good doesnt it when people notice!

Suggs - I looked up dairylea dunkers for you on sysn online (hope you dont mind me butting in consultant but as I have these in fridge for kids too I was curious) A regular pack - that is the plain breadstick ones 50g pack are 5 1/2 syns. The chipstick (salt and vinegar flavour) are 8 syns per pack  The mexican ones are 9 1/2 and the pizza ones are 9. If you have to dunk go for the plain ones - every once in a while wont hurt when you consider you can have 15 syns per day on SW!
As for your day I think it was just bad - not bad bad!! Hows the leg today? Would a perm cheer you up??:rotfl:

Oakdale Minx - welcome - I am sure many of us have been where you have been many times before - loosing the weight and then piling it on again and more - I certainly know I have twice!! You will get as much support as you need here and we are a friendly crowd with no-one criticising just lots of support. You have already taken a big step in admitting you want to loose weight so be proud of yourself for that. Look forward to hearing how you are getting on. By the way the SW password is copyrighed so we aren't allowed to publish it or pass it on - sorry.

    Cheers moiracm

That's a shame about the password, it used be on the thread every week :( (going back to Losing Weight 2 I think)

I've still got my SW book, I was never one for Mix2Match (or whatever it was called!), i'm a Green fan, although I lose weight faster on Red.

Does anyone have any links to charts I can create that show weight loss as a graph of any type? The SW online one could project your target date, but I'd like to set up my own if I can.

Hi Oakdazle Minx - sorry I missed welcoming you in my earlier post. I'm not sure where you can get access to an online graph - someone who posts on here uses one (non sw) but I cant for the life of me remember who, sorry. I'm sure they will be along later. If there are any syn values etc you need to know just post on here and someone will help you out. Have you thought about going back to class? I know its £4.25pw but I definately find it motivational - even to start you off  We have the benefit of our own SW consultant on this thread who is a great source of information and advice. You're in good company :rotfl:
