Aren't they great emptypockets?! I made them last week for the first time and was blown away with how good they were. I have just in fact finished the last three with a cup of tea and am going to make some more later. Mine also came out huuuuuge! Will spread them across two baking trays this time and make them smaller.

Lemon drizzle cake for me today. Couldn't wait till it was properly cooled so I've already had a slice!

I had a bag of cranberries lurking in the freezer, so made this cake - it smells so gorgeous, but I'm going to hold off on having a slice until tomorrow as it's supposed to be even better the day after baking!

I am starting to get the hang of making a pizza using my breadmaker to make the dough. All my family are loving them to my delight, so now had a request for a ham and pineapple pizza not to sure about the pineapple would it be ok to use from a tin ? and with those 2 ingredients what else would you suggest I add. Thanks

I don't know about you, but I just think anything I bake, always tastes better the next day. Whether it's cake, scones, or biscuits, the next day they seem much softer and tastier.
