Yet MORE cookies - white choc chunks, Galaxy, Snicker, Turkish Delight (using up the Easter leftover choc) and apricot and almond.

Just having some with a cuppa before I start cooking tea! :D

Only just noticed this thread, but yesterday I made a double-crust beef pie using the leftover beef from Sunday, and HM pastry for the second time ;). Was supposed to be a beef and potato pie but I had half a swede to use up so did beef and swede pie instead, was absolutely YUMMY!

Today I'm doing a batch of scones, and thank you Sapphire36, I've got to try that recipe for hobnobs! :T

I made some soda farls using homemade buttermilk. Delicious! And also some potato bread.
Tried making the unbaked cookies on another thread, but they are sticky and you definitely couldn't give them to toddlers........ I tried and they were a complete mess. Just didn't set properly at all.

    OH MY DAYS!

I've just finished putting homemade hobnobs in food tubs... HOMEMADE! Hobnobs! First time ever and they're bloomin' marvelous :D Thanks Twink (I know we've not met yet!) and thanks to Sapphire36 for posting the recipe today.

They are, however... slightly large :o I rushed off to make them without checking first how many people get from one batch. I see now jexygirl mentioned getting 40... I have... 17! Huuuuuuuge ones! lol.

Ah well, they'll go down a treat tonight when DH is home and family come for tea :T
