I last made a traybake cheesecake (German recipe) with a a few leftover blueberries chucked in. The recipe asks for a round tin but I find it easier to cut smaller pieces if I use a shallow square tin

I made some seeded bread, mixed in the bread maker then into a loaf tin and baked in the oven. I think it's the best to date.
Tonight I made some buttermilk pancakes as I thought they would be good in my work packed lunch. But I burned them all. So they were binned.0 -
