    I last made a traybake cheesecake (German recipe) with a a few leftover blueberries chucked in. The recipe asks for a round tin but I find it easier to cut smaller pieces if I use a shallow square tin ;) - and reduce the baking time.

    Hardly baking but it is DD1s birthday today and she had some friends pop in so i made them Croissants with a Galaxy egg inside and baked them

  • My first try at making a wholemeal loaf and it was fab. Much nicer than white bread.

    Over the last few days i have made Chocolate Fudge Drippy Cake, Twix Brownies, and Creme Egg Rocky Road :)

    I made some seeded bread, mixed in the bread maker then into a loaf tin and baked in the oven. I think it's the best to date.
    Tonight I made some buttermilk pancakes as I thought they would be good in my work packed lunch. But I burned them all. So they were binned.
