Just made a big pot of soup for this weeks lunches from the 'just starting to go bendy' head of celery in the fridge
Nothing to buy this week at all fridge and freezer diving for me

I made Almond Butter & Oat cookies - twice, as the first time put bicarbonate soda in instead of baking powder !!!!!I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Plan to make a coffee and walnut bundt for my mum this evening.
