How do you eat your banana bread? I like to toast mine and cover it in peanut butter :)
I never find enough time to gild the lily, I'm too busy wolfing it down. To me its like cake.

All tyour creations look great PD, and put in front of me I wouldn't be able to resist. I've finally worked out that if I don't have it in the house, I don't eat it - hence restrict my cake-baking activities to when I have guests who can take it away with them.

That's why I bake for charity, curbs the baking addiction without all the eating (in theory :rotfl:)

Today I made a vegan chocolate cake with dairy free Oreo buttercream and a dairy free oat cream ganache.

    Wow again, PD!

Can't compete with my boring apple tray cake but it has home made custard under the apples and home made jelly as glaze! :);):)

I made Almond Butter & Oat cookies - twice, as the first time put bicarbonate soda in instead of baking powder !!!!!
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

I went old school today and made two tray bakes. Victoria sponge, strawberry jam, coconut and glace cherries.

Plan to make a coffee and walnut bundt for my mum this evening.

Eta: 'twas lovely! Had added some cinnamon and vanilla, and this really rounded out the flavour. Even younger brother who hates all things coffee had several helpings :D
