I did our Christmas pudding today. I had a zested orange and lemon left over do I made those into curd.Shrinking my mortgage!

DD2 asked me for cookie baking yesterday. We made 2 different kinds for her friends as gifts, black and whites and simple vanilla shortcrust. Not really baking but I made nearly 4kg of chocolate yesterday for gifting: white, milk and dark with toasted carbs and nuts. Still don't fancy it myself, but the recipients thus far have had trouble resisting it....Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
