Baked Lemon Drizzle cake, a seeded loaf, 20 buttermilk scones.
I also started 23 ltrs wine and used up some freezer burned berries and made 3 pots of jam - hence the scones
Out of interest, do you freeze your creations? Or give them away? I am known for my love of cake, but unless you have a large family or gathering to cater for, will your baking stay fresh until you are able to eat it?Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

It's a mixture of both, today's creations will be partly for us and partly for DH to 'feed' to his lads at work tomorrow.
Most cake freezes well, as long as it doesn't,t have a creamy topping.
DH and DS take a piece of cake to school/work everyday, as well as snacks, and I often give some to MIL, neighbors, friends - I am a bit of a feeder
The wine however is for personal use over the next - well, however long it lastswe both like a glass of an evening (just the one) so thought I,d give it a go.

I've never been able to post pics on this forum and I tried very hard until I gave up, so no flashing from me

I appreciate your work from an artistic perspective, but chocolate just doesn't do it for me any more! I've made a couple of batches of HM nutty chocolate (which consists of chopping, roasting, melting and mixing) recently and given it away without even nibbling it.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
