I've just started to make bread. But i'm doing it in the Slowcooker which i haven't done before. So for my first practice i've put about half/half white and wholemeal flour in a pyrex dish sitting on a saucer. I'm only trying a small loaf, 175gm flour.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

As I had a charity cake to make today I decided to keep it simple and just make two cakes at the same time.
