I've just started to make bread. But i'm doing it in the Slowcooker which i haven't done before. So for my first practice i've put about half/half white and wholemeal flour in a pyrex dish sitting on a saucer. I'm only trying a small loaf, 175gm flour.

:rotfl: It's like you stalked my pinterest page! Thank you for the suggestion :) As I had a charity cake to make today I decided to keep it simple and just make two cakes at the same time.

Happy green - that black current meringue cake sounds Lush, I love sharp fruit flavours in cakes and deserts.

Apart from regular bread making, I have,t baked much, made a really tasty White choc pannacotta with a raspberry coulis - hardly any calories at all :shhh: :A
