I made Lamingtons for the 1st time - messy but they taste great.
I also tried a baked cheesecake (Hummingbird recipe) didn't turn out great burnt round the edges although almost perfect in the middle, the cheesecake mix wasn't deep enough so cooked quicker than the brownieStash Busting Challenge 2016 6/520 -
Cinnamon buns today - made 16 in the end - 8 with sultanas and 8 with choc chips (ones with choc chips seemed to end up larger, perhaps they proved more while I did the sultana ones) Next time would prob use more cinnamon so I did the glaze from the second recipe and added more cinnamon to that - which seems ok. Room for improvement but I'll test some out tomorrow and send them to work with OH.
