I made Lamingtons for the 1st time - messy but they taste great.

I also tried a baked cheesecake (Hummingbird recipe) didn't turn out great burnt round the edges although almost perfect in the middle, the cheesecake mix wasn't deep enough so cooked quicker than the brownie :(

Cinnamon buns today - made 16 in the end - 8 with sultanas and 8 with choc chips (ones with choc chips seemed to end up larger, perhaps they proved more while I did the sultana ones) Next time would prob use more cinnamon so I did the glaze from the second recipe and added more cinnamon to that - which seems ok. Room for improvement but I'll test some out tomorrow and send them to work with OH.

DD1 made a lovely Madeira cake with cherries, no chance of losing weight if she's around, lol
