Vegan chocolate cake with ganache today, though I should've let the ganache set more first!

  • Have a banana and blueberry loaf cake in the oven - had a bunch of going off bananas to use up, and half a punnet of leftover blueberries so in they went.

I made bread on Monday night (have recently dusted off the free bread maker that I got and aim to not buy any rubbish shop bread)!! Will be doing another loaf tonight if I have enough bread flour, although sadly I think I need some more from my Al*i shop tomorrow!

I have some cooking apples and frozen rhubarb so will part cook the apples and freeze what I don't need for later and make a little crumble for Friday night :)
