A lemon drizzle cake. I used a new to me recipe from Rachel Allen's Easy Meals. The cake was light and fluffy, although not as lemony as some versions I've tried. DH however, said that he liked this more subtle version.
The rest is going in the freezer for next weekend0 -

Last night I baked......
German apple pancake, known as Apfelpfannkuchen in Germany.
A fruity baked pancake, filled with apples and cinnamon.
The recipe is in the Asda February 2015 free magazine.
We ate the pudding warm, served with icecream.
