have the grand terrors (all 4 aged 9 to 2) this weekend . we made ginger snaps , strawberry jam muffins & choc chip cookies ( with some choc I still had left from Xmas )....then grand dad eat most of them !

All half-prepped to be finished off tomorrow - bacon and cheese straws, 28 mini galettes, 2 dozen mini baguettes, a pot of chilli and a meatloaf in bacon.

I have made "slimming world curry loaf" for my packed lunches.
It's a mild curry packet rice cooked in water, then when done a tin of chickpea dhal added, and 3 beaten eggs stirred in well. Bake in oven until golden brown and set. Sounds gross :rotfl: but it's well nice, hot or cold.
The ones I used are "syn free".Bossymoo
