    Just made a Seville Orange Drizzle cake, flavour is dissapointingly delicate so may need to tweak the recipe a little...

    Today I made 21 chocolate and cherry cupcakes, filled with morello cherry jam and topped with chocolate buttercream. I'm making my friend's wedding cakes in October so testing out recipes every month. She wants 200 cupcakes :eek:

    Hi all,

    This threadl always makes me hungry :)

    Made 6 x white bread rolls, and 6 x fruit bread rolls, they will go i to the freezer for breakfast and lunches.

    Also made a vat of BNS and ginger soup and a load of rice pudding fo OH as he loves it.
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    Today I have baked a plum and almond tart, well no ground almonds so it is just a basic sponge instead of almond sponge. Too cold and slippy out to bother going to get some! Also some shortbread in my new shortbread mould. I had a few plums left over so I have stewed them with sugar and spices, we will eat them with yogurt for pudding/breakfast.
