    I baked a Norfolk vinegar cake the other day.I used this recipe.
    It's a lovely cake.I find the texture more sconey than cakey.
    The next time I make it,I'll add some treacle,just to give it a darker colour.It looks a bit anaemic.

  • Just baking some cheese straws, had a load of butter and cheese leftover from lasagne last week :D
  • Not really baked as such but dusted the bread maker off in made a lovely French bread. Can't wait for tea hehe
