A batch of the incredibly delicious Millies Cookies with recipe from here and an equally scrumptious chocolate pudding which makes its own sauce as it cooks.

I made some Carrot & Apple Muffins. :) I used silicone fairy cake moulds so that they wouldn't be quite so huge as ordinary Muffins. It worked extraordinarily well and we've actually got some left!
:hello: I'm very well, considering the state I'm in. :hello:

Got a box of malteasers for a pound yesterday in the pound shop, so I turned them into a batch of chocolate malteasers muffins for DH to bring to work for his elevenses (he doesn't mind them when they've gone a bit stale so they last a few days). Surprised I managed not to scoff the malteasers before they made it into the muffin batter as I love them!

Also two loaves of soft crust white bread, one of which I'll freeze if I can find any space in the freezer. Otherwise I'll just have to scoff it :o

Yesterday I made two wholemeal loaves, a batch of Anzac biscuits, a batch of gingerbread Christmas trees (I don't have any Easter shape cutters!) and a huge rice pudding (which was all eaten.

Wish I was in your house to help you eat it! Wheaten bread is my favourite.

I've made a batch of banana and peanut butter muffins this morning from a Rachel Allen recipe.

I just looked this up and have my second batch in the oven now. They look yum, but please stop me, I'm over-run with cakes!

I'm going for the Gordon Ramsay mandarin cheesecake this week-end. You'll find the recipe HERE

As a by the way I'm trying to find some dessert type recipes which do not contain milk - I've a mate who is lactose intolerant and well when I visit his house I'd like to bring some goodies.
