I just made a vegan cheesecake. Don't know what it tastes like, it has to be chilled for 10 hours, but it's looking good. Recipe here: http://www.veryveryvegan.com/vegan-cheesecake-recipe/the-most-delicious-vegan-cheesecake-recipe-in-the-world#comments

It was good, but very malty and sweet. Next time I will try some lemon juice in and less sugar and syrup.

I will be making pastry later for a turkey and ham pie for dinner.
The filling is now cooking away in the slow cooker.

I made an apple and cinnamon cake from Mary Berry. It was nice although not quite what I was expecting, I'll make a few changes to the recipe next time.

A loaf of white bread. I used a recipe from The River Cottage Family Cookbook and apparently it was my best loaf effort to date.
