I made a delicious coconut and lime cake for after Mothers day lunch. Had a cream cheese frosting and grated white chocolate on the top. Mmmm.0

It must be the day for it because I have made a lemon drizzle cake too
. I didn't have time to cook it in a loaf tin though, so I put the mix into muffin cases and frosted/iced as usual. WOW they are goooooood :j. Mind you, lemon is my fave so I am biased lol. SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65

I too made lemon cake! I cooked mine in a 8" square tin so that it cooked quickly. There are only three of us at home so I don't bake as much as I would like to.0

All this talk of lemon drizzle cake is making my mouth water!!
Today I made 4 loaves of bread, two types of biscuits, chocolate buns and gingerbread men.
I'm going to have to google a vegan lemon drizzle cake now!0 -
Just made a quiche for dinner tonight, apple and mincemeat pie and orange sponge cake.
Made the pastry in the food processor- it's so quick and easy, I'll make up double next time and freeze half.0 -
