A pizza! Tried substituting gluten free flour for normal, and it kept breaking, so added an egg, and then more flour, and eventually it turned into a useable dough. Will have to try some proper gluten free pizza dough recipes I think!

On the subject of pizza, I have three pizza bases made with chilli oil freezing, due to room they need to be stacked so gradually adding HM pizza sauce to each base top of the pile to freeze. Not made them with flavoured oil before so should be interesting.

Also have the bottom two layers of millionaires shortbread awaiting the choc tomorrow.

Ran out of time for lamb hotpot so that on tomorrow's list (not strictly baking I know )

My Mum loved Jimmy Young, she wasn't the best of cooks and I remember being subjected to Jimmy Young pie as a child. It was sausagemeat with hard boiled eggs and tomatoes wrapped in pastry lol

They're actually really good recipes, most of them don't use too many ingredients unlike a lot of dishes today. My son has asked me to make this again :D

Made them slightly bigger so that it wouldn't take so much time, they are really nice
