Thanks for the link, going to have a bash at these this weekend :)

Please post a picture of your efforts, I would love to see how they come out/ what pattern you choose. I prefer the marbled ones, myself, as they took a lot less effort and still look psychedelic. :D

Epic OS fail today. I was feeling very smug and pleased with myself for making wm loaf in bm. Alas - just went to check on it and it's squashed up against the glass with another hour to go. The recipe I used must be for a larger bm. ~Wondering if it will be edible??!

just taken 2 fairtrade banana and chocolate chip loaves out of the oven .. for church fairtrade fortnight event (for the adults to taste) i am planning on using the same recipe for cupcakes with junior church kids tomorrow for our fair trade session. the smell is amazing and driving me mad.
also planning to do a fairtrade choc cupcake recipe as i am sure at least one little darling will turn their nose up at banana!!

  • It is that time of year again when the supermarkets are selling Easter biscuits. I made a batch earlier, same recipe that I posted here last year I think. Enjoy.

The disaster loaf was not a disaster and was very tasty (if a bit sunken) and I redeemed myself by making strudel.
