I made Milktart, heart shaped no knead cheese bread and a chocolate mincemeat cake to take to friends tomorrow who invited us for dinner...and to bring pudding! Think they like my baking!I love food, hate waste and have a penchant for sparkly things ::D

This is the lone survivor of a horrific cupcake war. 32 soldiers went into battle and only 1 came out alive

So today I set my alarm for 4am in order to get some baking time before work. I made: 10 x vanilla and strawberry cupcakes; 10 x lemon and coconut cupcakes; 12 x apple, cinnamon and vanilla cupcakes.

2 x banana bread, 1 x date and walnut cake, large cappucino cake and a large slab of millionaire shortbread - they are all very much looking forward to tea time in this house!0
