    Just having a go at making Paul Hollywoods egg custards, fingers crossed they turn out right.

  • Making Cream Egg Brownies for a colleague because he's a bit down at the moment and I thought it might cheer him up! Have no idea what they're going to turn out like!

    Well we didn't have a cutter big enough to make small custards, so we ended up with this instead:

    Lemon curd cake and bread pudding. I make one of each every week as my husband loves them. Unfortunately, as I am trying to lose weight I don't get to eat any:cool:

    Took a hm pizza base from the freezer, added puree, sliced tomato, chopped bacon, last slice of fresh pineapple and topped with rf cheese. Smells pretty good, roll on dinnertime :)
  • Peach cake with crushed amaretti biscuits on top and blueberry sour cream dessert cake. Like iris, I'm dieting and can't have any!
