Today I made a spicy fruit loaf (recipe in the panasonic BM book) and a white loaf for tomorrows packed lunches (DS1 takes the fruit loaf toasted wrapped in foil for brekkie at school)

And stew in the slow cooker and I roasted sweet potato/butternut squash/potato in the oven with fresh rosemary (work colleague gave me some after I made him almond slices last week which are his favourite :)).

The left over sweet potato and squash got blended with some veg stock into a soup for me for work. Leftover stew and 'normal' potatoes going with DH to work for his lunch :)

Oops gone off topic a bit. Sorry. :p

I meant to bake some Twinks (I have yet to do them) but ran out of time as I am also decorating my hallway.

Have baked chocolate cakes and chewy oat biscuits with difficulty today.the cooking its self was fine but sourcing ingredients that are iodine free for my sister who is about to undergo treatment for thyroid cancer was tricky to say the least!I didn't even know there was iodine in most things!

Got some dough rising but not sure yet what it'll turn into. Probably a sandwich loaf and half a dozen bread rolls to go with tonight's soup.
