I've made Banana and oat Muffins for lunches and batch cooked some Hungarian Beef Goulash and Chicken Curry for easy meals after work.

The kids and I just made some 'Leftovers' Chocolate Tiffin. In went crushed shortbread, half a packet of choc chips, choc fingers, pieces of clotted cream fudge, butter, syrup and cocoa! Waiting for it to set0

Made some mini chocolate loaves earlier, am currently trying to convince myself to go and make some bread and some banana and weetabix cakes. Unfortunately I've just eaten dinner and am not overly enthused by leaving the sofa2014 20p savers club #2 I've given up trying to keep track of how much that pig eats!

Today I baked Flapjacks out of some Special K Red Berries instant porridge sachets that I allowed my 5 yo DD to pester me in to buying and then of course she didn't like them! But now she's gobbling up the Flapjack version.
Yesterday I baked Brown Bread (Irish)
and the day before I baked my usual banana and oatmeal (and what needs using) breakfast muffins
