Morning all, does anyone have any decent diabetic recipes for either cakes or cookies please? My friend has discovered he has type 2 diabetes and he's convinced he can't eat anything delicious anymore! TIA

this morning me and my munchkin, 3 have made crumpies they are a mix of crumpets and yorkshire puddings we got them from Jamie Olivers Great Britain make a lovely filling breakfast0

He can, but in greatly reduced amounts as a treat. I wouldn't bother with any substitutes, they are all a waste of time. Not strictly baking, but I had some extra special vanilla double cream to use up so made some toffee sauce. It's cooled down and is delicious.
I'm going to use it to fill HM chocolates at the weekend
