I finally got round to making my Nigella Christmas Maple Cheesecake! Looks lovely - cut into quarters for easy portioning and chucked int freezer!
Also made another batch of mince pies - again frozen to avoid temptation!2015 - I am determined to lose at least 3 stone in weight and I must pay off at least one of my credit cards...If I keep telling myself, I might start believing it!!!
