  • I finally got round to making my Nigella Christmas Maple Cheesecake! Looks lovely - cut into quarters for easy portioning and chucked int freezer!

    Also made another batch of mince pies - again frozen to avoid temptation!
    2015 - I am determined to lose at least 3 stone in weight and I must pay off at least one of my credit cards...If I keep telling myself, I might start believing it!!! :D

    My usual daily bread plus 30 garlic pitta breads as accompaniment for chilli for 30 (made last week)
  • Ive made some chocolate mallow crunch bars and also a batch of honey and peanut butter flapjacks. Will freeze half of each ready for Christmassy tea time treats and entertaining!!

  • Just a plain white loaf in the breadmaker will be ready at 6:50am, just in time to make mine and DD's sandwiches for tomorrow's lunch :-P
