I'm making a batch of stilton and bacon rolls from P. Hollywood's Bread book to go with a split pea and ham soup tonight. Just started the first rise.

I made an apple-sauce Bundt cake with a maple syrup and cinamon glaze, though I think I should have waited until it cooled fully before the glaze went on. It didn't quite work out as I expected and soaked in and ended up more like a soft crust than a glaze.

I've also made a rhubarb and blackberry crumble using some up I had in the freezer. I'll serve it with custard for supper.
