    Hope you don't mind me joining in. It DH birthday tomorrow but he starts a new job in the morning and I am working till 9 tomorrow evening we are going to celebrate this evening, so I have mad a chocolate birthday cake with chocolate ganache.

  • Hi Roo Dee Chocolate cake sounds wonderful.

    After I forgot to put chicken in the freezer, it was in the fridge instead I ended up making a casserole stock, chicken curry, chicken portions all to be frozen

    just made a mince pie and added some of the left over lamb from lunch into it with lodsa veg must say it looks great. also got a big curry on in sc with remainder of lamb.

    :j this makes me happy. Last night I started Danish pastry. Today I'm using it for pain aux raisin and apple & custard pin wheels (made some creme pat. this afternoon). Also, making 24 cupcakes. Whilst my kitchen is a floury mess going to make some iced fingers too :)
