    I've been Money Tipped!
Bit of a funny baking day, I baked (hurrah) but it didn't go very well I don't think.

I tried to make a maple pumpkin cheese cake, and it cracked badly. I'm guessing its too set on the outside too. Well, it will get tasted tomorrow and if its any good I guess I'll try a Bain Marie next time. I don't usually need them.

Also I don't have an oven themomtre and I know my cooker temp is unreliable, so that could be the key.

I'm not too disheartened. The ugly ones often taste the best.

just baked coffee cake for church tomorrow, just cooling, filling in the fridge waiting for cake to cool before finishing.

edit to say topping and filling very runny - hoping it will firm up overnight in the fridge.

I baked 36 chocolate cupcakes. I decorated some with stars, chocolate orange and some to look like bonfires using chocolate matchmakers, red, orange and yellow smarties for flames. They are being sold at the local rugby club at their bonfire tonight.
