    I don't know how to do links on the ipad, I'm sorry. If you google the Lakeland website, just put 'doughnut recipe' in the search box, it should come up.


    It's a baked recipe, so after they came out the oven, I shallow fried them to give them a more authentic taste.

    Chocolate flapjacks and banana/choc/sultana cupcakes baked yesterday. That should do for the week for snacks. Although not sure how long the banana cupcakes will last. my 2 year old was being extremely quite yesterday evening, so I went to check it out and caught him munching his way through 2 of the cupcakes he had managed to reach them off the side where they were cooling. Lesson learnt - he is getting taller every day. lol. :D
    At the weekend I made scones - I hadn't made them for years, they were delishious and so much cheaper than shop bought to. I also made a huge chocolate cake, using a mary berrys devils food cake recipe, but adapted and used cheap choc - I have to say that was truly scrummy and made 12 big servings for less than £3 in cost. Everybody at the bbq was very impressed. :T
    No baking plans for today.
