I have made a golden syrup sponge / pineapple upside down cake
Just a plain sponge mix, put golden syrup and drained tinned pineapple chunks in the base of the dish, top with sponge mix
Smells yummy and am looking forward to it after dinner with some cream :D

I made a no sugar, fruit & nut-cake. The mix was so dry though that I had to add a couple of eggs to it & I substituted cashews for walnuts but it was really nice.

Those donuts look *ilovemymini*. I have just made a lemon drizzle cake for DH to take into work tomorrow, and a delicious carrot loaf cake for home.

I went to the Bero site for the recipe. I used some defrosted single cream - doesn't freeze well so not suitable for anything apart from baking - instead of milk.
