I have made a golden syrup sponge / pineapple upside down cake
Just a plain sponge mix, put golden syrup and drained tinned pineapple chunks in the base of the dish, top with sponge mix
Smells yummy and am looking forward to it after dinner with some cream

I made a no sugar, fruit & nut-cake. The mix was so dry though that I had to add a couple of eggs to it & I substituted cashews for walnuts but it was really nice.0

I went to the Bero site for the recipe. I used some defrosted single cream - doesn't freeze well so not suitable for anything apart from baking - instead of milk.rachel6188 wrote: »these look yummy...can you post the recipe please? iv got bacon and cheese i want to use up xx:)
